Terms and Conditions for BudTender App
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BudTender mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Subscription Plans
BudTender offers various subscription plans, each with its own features and pricing. Users may choose a subscription plan that best suits their needs.
2.2 Payment
Users agree to pay the subscription fees associated with their chosen plan. Payment details provided must be accurate, and users are responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to insufficient funds or inaccurate payment information.
2.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the user. Users will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the renewal period.
3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.

6. Termination
6.1 Termination by User
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

BudTender reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
BudTender is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

BudTender reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
